Short CV
I am a researcher in marine and evolutionary biology specialised in marine gastropods. I graduated and obtained my PhD from Sapienza University of Rome, where I conducted research on the systematics, phylogeny, ecology, and evolution of little-known groups of marine molluscs. I worked in Paris on my first post-doctoral project in the first half of 2025 and am currently employed as a researcher at SZN on the “Biodiversity2Drugs” project, investigating the evolution of haematophagy in marine invertebrates.
Work Tasks
Laboratorio: estrazione di acidi nucleici, PCR, preparazione reagenti. Analisi bioinformatiche: trascrittomica, venomica, filogenesi.
