The XX edition of the Artecinema film festival presents an international selection of documentaries with the objective to promote and communicate contemporary art to a wide public.
Sunday October 18, 2015, 10 pm at the Teatro Augusteo in Naples Artecinema presents: Étienne-Jules Marey (1830-1904). La science au réveil des arts.
The Zoological Station (SZN) coproduced the documentary film made by ABB Réportages. The SZN Historical Archives preserve some photos and a precious correspondence among the SZN founder Anton Dohrn and Étienne-Jules Marey, the great scientist who is considered a milestone in the human history, in science, arts and cinema as well.
